We are looking for a candidate for the position of Billing Executive in Supply Chain team, based out of Mumbai, to process orders as per indents placed by the Billing Team while ensuring timely invoice generation, order processing, customer support, dispatch coordination, and sales return management for the West Region.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales invoice creation and confirmation of PI from salespersons, distributors, and dealers for the West Region.
- Handle customer grievances and complaints for the West Region.
- Coordinate with warehouses for dispatch of invoices for the West Region.
- Maintain MIS of orders placed versus orders processed.
- Manage sales return transactions and related documentation.
- Ensure accuracy and timely processing of customer orders.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve order processing issues.
