- Prepare and verify RA Bills, running bills and final bills
- Check measurements, BOQ and site records
- Coordinate with project teams, consultants and contractors
- Handle subcontractor billing and reconciliation
- Maintain billing records and documentation
- Track payment status and follow up with clients
- Support cost control and MIS reporting
- Ensure billing accuracy as per contract terms
Candidate Requirements
✅ 5–10 years of relevant experience in Construction Billing
✅ Strong knowledge of BOQ, measurements, rate analysis and billing
✅ Valuable coordination and communication skills
✅ Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
✅ Civil Engineering qualification preferred
