Job Title: Project Manager

nResponsibilities include but are not limited to:

n• Managing the entire product line life cycle

n• Defining the requirement specifications from the business side for the development team • Defining and tracking KPIs for each service

n• Specifying and prioritizing product and customer requirements

n• Co-ordinating and prioritizing the product backlog with the Engineering Development team

n• Manage project delivery and timelines

n

nRequirements:

n

n• Proficiency in Japanese Language (JLPT N2 certified)

n• 5 years of overall experience 2 years of product/project management related experience)

n• People management experience

n

nExperience in web application project management





n• Possess KPI management knowledge/experience

n• Excellent communication skills to enable stakeholder management

n• High problem-solving skill that able to understand different business and provide data driven solutions

n• Ability to meet tough deadlines, handle stress, and have valuable judgment

n• Ability to manage cross functional development team

n

nDesired Qualifications:

n• Experience in using confluence page & JIRA, Agile certification

n• Scrum master

n• PMP

n
