Billing & Customer Service Executive

We are looking for a friendly, energetic and responsible individual to join our adventure travel gear store. The role involves customer interaction, billing, sales assistance and supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of the store.

The ideal candidate should enjoy interacting with people, have an interest in travel, trekking, camping and outdoor products, and be willing to learn about our products and services.

Responsibilities

- Customer Service & Sales: Welcome customers, understand their requirements, assist them in choosing suitable products, explain product features and provide a positive shopping experience.
- Billing & Order Handling: Manage billing, invoices and payments accurately, process customer orders, coordinate packing and dispatch, and assist with exchanges, returns and after-sales enquiries.
- Store & Product Management: Maintain proper product displays, assist with stock checking and inventory updates, receive current products and ensure the store is clean, organized and customer-friendly.
- Customer Communication: Handle enquiries through the store, phone, WhatsApp and online channels, provide product information, follow up on enquiries and orders, and maintain good customer relationships.




- Promotional Support: Support product launches, offers, seasonal promotions, social media and WhatsApp promotions, exhibitions, events and other activities organized by the company.
- Daily Operations: Coordinate with team members, suppliers and delivery partners as required, maintain necessary records and contribute to the smooth functioning of the store.

Requirements

- Diploma / Graduation
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with digital payments.
- Previous experience in retail, billing, customer service or sales is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills and the right attitude are welcome.
- Good Malayalam and English communication skills preferred.
- Interest in travel, trekking, camping and adventure activities will be an added advantage.
