Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced

Bench Sales Recruiter to manage and market IT consultants who are available on the bench. The recruiter will be responsible for identifying suitable contract opportunities, building relationships with vendors and implementation partners, negotiating rates, and coordinating the consultant placement process.

Key Responsibilities

- Market and place IT consultants who are available on bench.

- Identify contract, contract-to-hire, and C2C opportunities through job portals, vendor networks, and recruitment channels.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, recruiters, implementation partners, and clients.

- Negotiate consultant rates, terms, and contracts with vendors.

- Match consultants' technical skills and experience with suitable job requirements.

- Submit consultant resumes to relevant job openings after confirming requirements and rates.

- Follow up with vendors regarding submissions, interviews, feedback, and placements.

- Maintain and update consultant profiles, resumes, availability, location, visa status, and contact information.

- Track submissions, interviews, offers, and placements in internal databases or spreadsheets.

- Coordinate with recruiters and account managers to ensure consultants are properly presented to clients.





- Generate new vendor contacts and expand the company's vendor network.

- Monitor market trends, job requirements, technologies, and prevailing contract rates.

- Maintain accurate records of all marketing and placement activities.

Required Skills

- 5 years of experience in

Bench Sales / IT Staffing / Recruitment

.

- Strong knowledge of the US IT staffing and consulting market.

- Experience working with

C2C, W2, contract, and contract-to-hire requirements.

- Familiarity with job portals such as Dice, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.

- Strong vendor management and relationship-building skills.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.

- Ability to work independently and meet placement targets.

- Valuable knowledge of IT technologies and common technical roles.

Preferred Skills

- Experience marketing consultants on

OPT, CPT, H-1B, H-4 EAD, GC EAD, and other applicable work-authorized statuses

.

- Existing network of IT vendors and recruiters.

- Experience negotiating C2C rates.

- Knowledge of US staffing terminology and recruitment processes.

- Strong understanding of consultant marketing strategies.
