Role: Bench Sales Recruiter
Experience: 0–1 Year | Freshers with relevant knowledge can apply
Education: Any Bachelor's Degree
Salary: Up to ₹25,000 In-Hand + Performance Incentives
Shift: 7 PM – 4 AM | US Night Shift
Work Mode: Work from Office
Working Days: Monday–Friday
Weekend: Saturday & Sunday Fixed Off
Cab: One-Way Drop Facility
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Market and promote IT consultants who are available on bench.
- Coordinate with US vendors, clients and implementation partners.
- Identify relevant IT requirements and match consultants with suitable opportunities.
- Submit qualified consultant profiles to open requirements.
- Communicate with vendors and clients regarding submissions and requirements.
- Negotiate rates and coordinate interview schedules.
- Follow up with vendors and clients throughout the placement process.
- Maintain consultant and requirement databases.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with US vendors and clients.
- Achieve daily,
weekly and monthly placement targets.
Requirements
- 0–1 year experience in Bench Sales or US IT Staffing preferred.
- Freshers with knowledge of US IT Recruitment/Staffing can apply.
- Any Bachelor's degree.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
- Comfortable communicating with US clients and vendors.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated and result-driven.
- Willing to work in a permanent US night shift.
