About the RoleSankalp (Kochi), a school dedicated to empowering children with special needs, is seeking a qualified and compassionate Behavioral Therapist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct behavioral evaluations and implement specialized intervention plans for children with special needs, including ADHD.
- Apply Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or Child Behavior Therapy methodologies.
- Work collaboratively with students, parents, and school staff to support child development and learning.

Qualifications & RequirementsEssential:

- Educational Background: Graduate or Post-Graduate degree in Psychology OR B.Ed in Special Education (ADHD).
- Certifications: Specialized training/certification in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or Child Behavior Therapy.
- Skilled Registration:



Valid Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) certification.
- Language Proficiency: Thorough knowledge of English and the ability to converse fluently in Hindi.

Desirable:

- Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Behavior Therapist in a recognized hospital, rehabilitation centre, or special school.
- Age: Preferred age between 25 and 50 years (relaxable for eminently suitable candidates).
