About Us

Cloud Cuckoo Land (CCL) is a psychology and wellness clinic offering clinical and therapeutic services across Kerala. We're looking for a dedicated Behavioural Therapist to join our clinical team.

Responsibilities

Conduct behavioural assessments for clients (children, adolescents, and/or adults as applicable)

Design and implement individualized behaviour intervention plans (BIPs)

Deliver therapy sessions using evidence-based approaches (ABA, CBT, or other relevant modalities)

Track client progress and maintain accurate session notes/documentation

Collaborate with psychologists, consultants, and other clinical staff for coordinated care

Communicate with parents/caregivers regarding progress and home strategies





Participate in case discussions and clinical meetings

Requirements

Master's degree in Psychology, Applied Behaviour Analysis, Special Education, or related field

Certification/training in behavioural therapy (RBT/BCBA preferred but not mandatory)

Prior clinical experience preferred (freshers with strong training may also apply)

Good communication skills in English and Malayalam

Patience, empathy, and strong observational skills
