We are hiring Beauty Advisors for leading international beauty and fragrance brands at Mumbai International Airport.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist international travellers in selecting premium perfumes, fragrances and beauty products.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience and achieve sales targets.
- Understand customer requirements and provide personalised product recommendations.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of perfumes, fragrances and beauty products.
- Maintain excellent brand presentation and merchandising standards.
- Proactively engage with customers and convert enquiries into sales.
- Work independently and take ownership of daily sales and store responsibilities.

Candidate Profile
- 2 years of experience in the beauty, cosmetics, luxury retail or perfume/fragrance industry.




- Prior perfume/fragrance sales experience is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge and interest in international beauty and perfume brands.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, presentable and customer-focused.
- Proactive and self-driven with the ability to work independently.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced airport/luxury retail environment.
- Candidates from luxury retail, beauty retail, perfume stores, duty-free or premium cosmetics backgrounds are preferred.
