Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Manager (BDM). The BDM will identify and qualify new business opportunities, build and maintain client relationships, and promote MyNonu.com’s IT, social media, and grocery delivery services.

Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, developing sales strategies, managing the sales pipeline, and preparing proposals and presentations for potential clients.



The role involves close collaboration with marketing and operations teams to ensure service offerings meet client needs and support brand growth. The BDM will also track performance metrics, provide regular business reports, and recommend improvements to enhance revenue and customer engagement.

Qualifications

- Business development and sales skills, including lead generation, client acquisition, and account management.
- Marketing and branding capabilities, with experience in social media, digital campaigns, and promotion of online services.
- Robust communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and close deals.
- Analytical and research skills to assess markets, identify trends, and develop data-informed growth strategies.
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision, managing multiple priorities.
- Experience in IT services, e-commerce, or online platforms is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, productivity software, and online communication platforms.
