Job Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new franchise business opportunities across India.
- Generate leads through calls, references, online platforms, and other business development activities.
- Connect with potential franchise partners and understand their business requirements.
- Explain the Bachpan Play School franchise model, investment details, benefits, and support system.
- Follow up with prospective franchise partners and convert qualified leads into franchise opportunities.
- Coordinate with the internal team for meetings, site visits, and franchise discussions.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead status in the CRM/MIS.




- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective franchise partners.
- Conduct market research to identify potential locations and business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly franchise development targets.
- Coordinate with senior management during franchise negotiations and closures.
- Willingness to travel across India for franchise development activities.

Candidate Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA/BBA will be an advantage.
- 0–3 years of experience in Business Development, Franchise Sales, Sales, or Client Acquisition preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication and convincing skills can also apply.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good negotiation, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable working with targets and deadlines.
- Good knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
- Willingness to travel 10–20 days per month across India.
- Candidates with experience in education, preschool, franchise sales, or B2B sales will be preferred.
