We are looking for a passionate, skilled and customer-friendly Barista to join our upcoming café team.

Position

Barista / Senior Barista

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare high-quality espresso, cappuccino, latte, americano, cold coffee & other beverages

- Prepare and serve hot & cold beverages according to café standards

- Handle coffee machines, grinders and other bar equipment

- Maintain consistency in taste, presentation and portioning

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee/bar station

- Manage basic inventory and daily bar requirements

- Interact professionally with customers and provide excellent service

- Follow café SOPs, recipes and hygiene standards

- Support the team during busy hours and maintain smooth service

Requirements

- Previous barista/café experience preferred

- Knowledge of espresso extraction, milk steaming and basic latte art

- Good communication and customer-service skills

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn

- Ability to work in a quick-paced café environment

- Freshers with relevant barista training may also apply

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
