At LANTERN GROVE RESTAURANT, we believe that great coffee brings people together. We are looking for a passionate, friendly, and detail-oriented Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be the face of our shop, delivering memorable customer experiences through welcoming service and expertly prepared beverages. You will be responsible for taking orders, preparing espresso-based drinks and signature menu items, maintaining a clean work workplace, and upholding high standards of product quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

- Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, answer questions about the menu, offer recommendations, and take orders efficiently.
- Beverage & Food Preparation: Grind beans, pull espresso shots, steam milk,



and craft high-quality hot and cold beverages following established recipes and presentation standards.
- Cleanliness & Sanitation: Maintain a clean workspace, coffee bar, seating area, and service stations. Sanitize tools, equipment, and surfaces regularly according to health and safety regulations.
- Inventory & Restocking: Monitor supplies (milk, syrups, beans, cups) and restock prep stations as needed throughout the shift.
- Teamwork: Work collaboratively with team members and management to ensure smooth daily operations, especially during high-volume peak hours.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
