Beverage Preparation & Service

- Prepare and serve espresso-based drinks, pour-overs, teas, and specialty beverages consistently according to established recipes and quality standards.

- Dial in espresso machines daily, calibrate grinders, and expertly steam milk to achieve proper microfoam and latte art.

- Memorize the current menu, including seasonal specials, and accommodate custom customer requests or dietary restrictions (e.g., dairy alternatives, sugar-free syrups).

- Serve fresh pastries, baked goods, and light food items, ensuring proper presentation and temperature.

Customer Experience

- Greet every customer promptly with a welcoming and friendly demeanor.

- Educate customers on our coffee offerings, bean origins, flavor profiles, and brewing methods, offering personalized recommendations.

- Process customer orders efficiently and accurately through the Point of Sale (POS) system.

- Handle cash, credit, and digital transactions securely and accurately.

- Address customer concerns or complaints professionally and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.

Operations & Maintenance

- Maintain a meticulously clean, organized, and sanitized workstation throughout the shift.

- Perform opening and closing duties,



including deep-cleaning espresso machines, sanitizing food prep areas, and organizing the dining floor.

- Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, syrups, milks, pastries, and paper goods, restocking the bar as needed and alerting management of low stock.

- Strictly adhere to all local health, safety, and food handling regulations.

Qualifications & Skills

- Experience: Prior experience as a Barista in a specialty coffee setting is highly preferred, but we are willing to train candidates with a strong hospitality background.

- Technical Skills: Familiarity with commercial espresso machines, burr grinders, and POS systems.

- Soft Skills: Excellent verbal communication, a positive attitude, and a natural ability to build rapport with regular customers.

- Pace: Ability to remain calm, focused, and productive in a rapid-paced, high-volume environment.

- Flexibility: Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
