Position Summary

We are looking for a passionate, customer-focused, and energetic Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be the face of our coffee shop, creating exceptional experiences for our customers by crafting high-quality beverages, delivering friendly service, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Beverage & Food Preparation:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold coffee, espresso-based beverages, teas, and specialty drinks according to company standards and recipes.
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, milk steamers, and other beverage equipment proficiently.
- Serve pastries, sandwiches, and other food items following proper food safety guidelines.
- Customer Experience:
- Welcome customers warmly, build rapport,



and answer questions about menu items and coffee origins.
- Take customer orders accurately and make personalized recommendations based on guest preferences.
- Handle customer inquiries or feedback with professionalism, tact, and speed.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience: Prior experience as a barista or in a customer service/food service environment is a plus, but not required (on-the-job training provided).
- Robust interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

* Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
