Role & responsibilities :

- Updating data of Interteks Product Certification reports issued by Interteks global offices.
- Sending mail to customers as directed by our Hong Kong Product Certification Team.
- Coordinate regularly with Hong Kong Certification Team to resolve operational queries and day-to-day activities.




- Sending daily activity report to Hong Kong office and to undersigned.
- Self-study of training material (videos) for current activities (projects) and completing assigned activities independently in time bound manner.

We are Looking for You with

Qualification: Any Graduate with High-speed typing (over 60 wpm).

Experience Requirement: 1-2 years preferably in a customer support role or equivalent.

Behaviours & Aptitude:

- Excellent verbal and written English communication as this position requires daily communication and discussions with our HK office.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
