Are you a hands-on Backend Developer who enjoys solving complex technical problems. We are looking for a Backend Developer with strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, databases, and AWS. The ideal candidate will be actively involved in software development while driving engineering best practices and maintaining the code quality.

You will work closely with Tech Lead, Architects, QA and DevOps and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable, reliable, secure and maintainable backend solutions. We’re seeking professionals with 3–6 years of software development experience, strong backend engineering expertise and experience.



Strong hands-on experience with Java and object-oriented programming.

Strong experience with Spring Boot and the Spring ecosystem. Hands-on experience designing and developing REST APIs and backend services. Strong practical experience with Microservices architecture. Robust knowledge of SQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle or similar.

Working experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, DynamoDB, Redis or similar. Strong working knowledge of AWS cloud services. Good understanding of system design and scalable backend architectures.

Strong understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, design patterns, clean code and coding standards.

Experience with unit testing, integration testing, debugging and code reviews. Good understanding of CI/CD and DevOps practices.

Experience working with Git and contemporary software development practices.

Key Responsibilities As a Backend Developer, you will: Working with development of scalable Java and Spring Boot backend applications. Participate actively in coding, debugging, technical discussions and code reviews. Ensure adherence to coding standards, design principles, testing practices and engineering best practices.

Collaborate with Tech Lead, Architects, QA, DevOps and other stakeholders. Troubleshoot production issues and drive root-cause analysis and permanent fixes. Contribute to improving development processes, automation, quality and engineering productivity.

Have 3–6 years of skilled software development experience. Have strong hands-on expertise in Java and Spring Boot. Have solid experience building and maintaining REST APIs and Microservices. Have experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases.

Have practical experience with AWS. Take ownership of delivering high-quality, secure, scalable and maintainable software. Have React.js or Vue.js experience as an additional advantage.
