- Order processing, order management, and contract management;
- Preparing quotations and customer documentation;
- Customer, distributor, manufacturer, and vendor follow-up;
- Data entry, reports, and record maintenance;
- Invoice and purchasing support;
- Product and pricing research;
- Email and administrative support;
- Reporting and spreadsheet maintenance;
- Coordination with employees, customers, distributors, manufacturers, and vendors;
- Creation, organization, maintenance, and management of customer and prospect lists, records, and related data;
- Routine CRM/ERP use and administration;
- Routine creation and maintenance of spreadsheets, reports, dashboards, workflows, databases, templates, and other business records or operational tools;
- Data management and maintenance of customer and prospect records; and
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
