NRole Overview

nWe are looking for a detail-oriented and computer-savvy Back-Office Operations Executive to support client onboarding, documentation, data management and day-to-day office operations.

NKey Responsibilities

- Handle client onboarding, account opening, KYC and related documentation accurately
N
- Update client and transaction data in internal software and systems
N
- Prepare Excel sheets, reports, presentations and documents as instructed
N
- Collect relevant information from the internet and present it in a clear, structured format
N




- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely completion of operational tasks
N
- Coordinate with clients, AMCs, platforms and internal team members when required
N
- Use basic AI tools suchas ChatGPT for research, documentation and improving work efficiency
N
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and follow up until completion
N

nSkills & Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline;

freshers or candidates with 1–2 years of experience can apply

- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and Word
N
- Comfortable using computers, internet and online platforms
N
- Valuable command of spoken English and Hindi
N
- Good common sense, attention to detail and presence of mind

- Should be organized, responsible and willing to learn
