- Handle and process Jewellery Insurance Claims from registration to settlement.

- Manage Fire & Property Insurance Claims, including documentation and follow-ups.

- Coordinate and conduct meetings with insurance companies and surveyors regarding claims.
N
- Build and maintain strong qualified relationships with insurance companies and surveyors.
N
- Follow up tactfully with insurance companies, surveyors, and other stakeholders to ensure claims progress smoothly.
N
- Ensure required work and documentation is completed tactfully and efficiently while maintaining professional relationships.
N
- Coordinate with clientsand provide clear updates regarding claim status, requirements, and documentation.
N
- Handle client queries professionally and maintain good communication and rapport with clients.
