Coordinate replacement of absent guards at client sites. Maintain guard KYC, joining, training, and employee documents . Coordinate with site supervisors and field officers regarding manpower. Handle client communication and complaints related to security services.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports . Verify attendance, overtime, leave, and weekly-off details for payroll. Prepare and maintain client billing, invoices, and payment follow-up records . Manage official emails, letters, Excel sheets, billing records, and other office documentation .
