About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Back Office Executive to handle data management, MIS reporting, documentation and day-to-day back-office coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and update company data, records and internal databases.
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports, trackers and daily/periodic reports.
- Perform accurate data entry and verify information before updating records.
- Maintain documents, files and operational records systematically.
- Handle Excel and Google Sheets for data management and reporting.
- Coordinate with internal departments to collect, verify and update required information.
- Track pending tasks, documents and operational requirements.
- Prepare summaries and reports for management review.




- Support routine office operations and administrative processes as required.
- Ensure accuracy, confidentiality and timely completion of assigned work.

Required Skills
- Good proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets and MS Word.
- Strong data entry and typing skills with good accuracy.
- Working knowledge of MIS and report preparation.
- Good documentation and record-keeping skills.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills.
- Positive communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to handle repetitive and time-sensitive tasks efficiently.
