Suryavansham Commtrade LLP is a stock broking firm and has been a member/broker of NSE and BSE since 2016 .

We are looking for a competent, disciplined, energetic and detail-oriented Back Office & Compliance Executive to join our team and handle day-to-day stock broking back-office operations and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day stock broking back-office operations for NSE & BSE.
- Read, understand and implement relevant NSE, BSE and SEBI circulars, notices and regulatory updates .
- Prepare and submit required daily trade/transaction-related reports, documents and data to the exchanges and relevant authorities.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of exchange and regulatory submissions .
- Assist with SEBI, NSE and BSE compliance requirements and maintain appropriate records/documentation.
- Monitor operational processes to ensure compliance with applicable SEBI and exchange regulations .
- Handle compliance-related queries, notices and correspondence from exchanges and regulatory authorities.
- Coordinate with internal teams for accurate trade, client and transaction records.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure deadlines for regulatory submissions are met.
- Identify discrepancies or compliance issues and ensure timely resolution.

Candidate Profile We are looking for someone who is:

- Comfortable working with large amounts of financial and regulatory information
- Able to understand and interpret exchange circulars and regulatory requirements
- Robust in documentation, record-keeping and follow-up
- Able to work independently and take ownership of assigned responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications & Experience
- Prior experience in stock broking / capital markets / exchange back-office operations
- Working knowledge of SEBI, NSE and BSE rules and compliance requirements
- Experience with exchange submissions and regulatory reporting
- Familiarity with broker compliance and operational requirements
- NISM certification is preferred
- Experience dealing with NSE/BSE compliance, notices and circulars will be an advantage.

Experience: Candidates with relevant prior experience in the stock broking industry will be preferred. Location: Chinar Park, Kolkata, India.
