nQualifications:

n1.Should have strong technical background in JAVA, J2EE or Python, Spring stack

n2.Well versed with OOP’s concept and design patterns

n3.Good understanding of data structure and algorithms

n4.Strong experience with Database systems like RDBMS (PostgreSQL, Oracle etc.) and NoSQL (Dynamo, MongoDB etc.)





n5.Experience in building Microservices and knowledge of workflow orchestration with Camunda or Temporal

n6.Knowledge of docker and containerization.

n7.Should have positive experience in using messaging platforms like Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.

n8.Knowledge in CI/CD Pipeline and Dev Ops tools

n9.Knowledge in Cloud Services such as AWS or Azure

n10.Should be familiar with Domain Driven Design

n11.Passionate and having depth knowledge in agile, Kanban process

n12.Should be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders

n13.Manage scope, timelines, quality, goals and deliverables that supports business

n14.Good communications skills

n15.Prior work experience in the product engineering/development.

n16.Good to have prior experience in Indian Banking segment and/or Fintech.
