Engage with the potential and existing customers to inform about the product or services offered ● Initiating sales with potential or existing customer over the call. ● Assess the needs and requirements of customer ● Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs ● Handle the grievances of the customer and offer advice to resolve them ● Follow up with customers to ensure customer satisfication ● To make detail of fetch data in google sheet ● Keep records of the sales phone calls and note helpful information ● Pitch the services directly to the potential customer
