Job Title: B2 B Sales Executive (US Market)

Compensation: ₹6,00,000 LPA Fixed (₹50,000/month) + Lucrative 8–10% Revenue Sharing Model

Through live, interactive programs in Math, English, Coding, and Public Speaking, we empower students to build strong academic foundations. As we scale, we are expanding our B2 B division and looking for two elite sales professionals to drive institutional partnerships in the US market.

The Role

We are seeking high-performing, result-driven B2 B sales professionals with extraordinary communication skills and a proven track record of high closing ratios. You will be shifting away from B2 C consumer sales to engage directly with US-based businesses, institutional partners, and educational decision-makers, guiding them toward adopting our educational solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Drive the end-to-end B2 B sales cycle from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and revenue closure.

Engage with US-based institutional prospects,



presenting our programs using a consultative, value-driven selling approach.

Manage a robust sales pipeline and maintain accurate forecasting using CRM tools.

Consistently achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets, maximizing your earnings through our 8-10% revenue-sharing model.

Collaborate with internal teams to optimize the B2 B customer experience and stay ahead of US market trends.

Requirements

Experience: 2–4 years of hardcore B2 B Sales or Inside Sales experience (Ed Tech experience is a major plus).

Communication: Extraordinary verbal and written communication skills with strong persuasion abilities.

Performance: A documented history of achieving or exceeding sales quotas in a target-driven workplace.

Technical: Proficiency with CRM tools, pipeline tracking, and Excel.
