Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Ayurvedic Researcher with 5+ years of experience to conduct research related to Ayurvedic medicines, formulations, therapies, and evidence-based applications of Ayurveda. The candidate will be responsible for designing and coordinating research activities, reviewing scientific literature, analyzing data, and preparing technical and research documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct research on Ayurvedic formulations, medicinal plants, therapies, and classical Ayurvedic concepts.
- Perform literature reviews using Ayurvedic classical texts and modern scientific publications.
- Develop research protocols, study designs, questionnaires, and documentation.
- Coordinate clinical, preclinical, observational, or laboratory research projects as applicable.
- Collect, organize, and analyze research data.
- Interpret research findings and prepare technical reports.
- Support development, standardization, and evaluation of Ayurvedic formulations.
- Prepare manuscripts, abstracts, presentations, SOPs, and research reports.
- Conduct evidence-based assessment of Ayurvedic interventions.
- Collaborate with Ayurvedic physicians, pharmacologists, clinicians, statisticians, and R&D; teams.
- Ensure research activities follow applicable ethical, regulatory, and quality requirements.
- Support preparation of publications, patents, conference presentations,



and research proposals.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Ayurveda (BAMS/MD Ayurveda) or a relevant field.
- 5+ years of experience in Ayurvedic research, clinical research, R&D;, academic research, or pharmaceutical research.
- Good knowledge of Ayurvedic classical literature and principles.
- Understanding of research methodology and scientific documentation.
- Good scientific writing and communication skills.
- Familiarity with data analysis and research databases/literature-search tools.
- Knowledge of clinical research ethics and applicable regulatory requirements is desirable.
