AWS Tech Stack, Python, PIM/DAM

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end delivery of AWS-based solutions using Python, from design through development, testing, and production support.
- Architect and implement scalable, secure, and resilient cloud services leveraging core AWS capabilities.
- Provide technical leadership to the team through code reviews, design reviews, and hands-on guidance on Python and AWS best practices.
- Build and maintain integrations and services supporting PIM and DAM platforms, ensuring data consistency, performance, and reliability.
- Establish engineering standards for coding, testing, deployment, and observability to improve quality and delivery velocity.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to refine requirements, estimate work, manage technical risks, and deliver milestones predictably.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement preventative improvements.
- Mentor engineers, support skill development, and contribute to a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.

Minimum

Qualifications:

- 7–9 years of overall experience in software engineering with robust hands-on expertise in Python development.




- Strong experience designing and building solutions on the AWS tech stack, including cloud architecture and service integration.
- Experience working with or integrating enterprise platforms such as PIM and/or DAM, including data flows and system interoperability.
- Solid understanding of software engineering fundamentals: API design, data modeling, performance optimization, and secure coding practices.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in BTECH, MTECH, MCA, or MSC (or equivalent).

Preferred

Qualifications:

- Experience building cloud-native architectures using microservices patterns and event-driven approaches on AWS.
- Strong exposure to CI/CD automation and infrastructure-as-code practices to enable repeatable, reliable deployments.
- Proven ability to lead technical discussions, influence architecture decisions, and align teams on implementation strategy.
- Experience implementing observability practices (monitoring, logging, tracing) and improving operational excellence.
- Prior ownership of integration-heavy programs involving PIM/DAM ecosystems, including performance tuning and data governance considerations.
