Role Overview

We are looking for a qualified and dedicated Ayurveda Shalya Doctor with strong expertise in Shalya Tantra (Ayurvedic Surgical Techniques) and Panchakarma therapies. The role focuses on performing Ayurvedic surgical procedures, therapeutic treatments, and managing patient care with excellence and compassion.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, diagnosis, and develop personalized treatment plans
- Perform Ayurvedic surgical procedures such as Ksharasutra therapy (for fistula), Agnikarma (therapeutic cauterization), Jalaukavacharana (leech therapy), Raktamokshana (bloodletting), minor surgical interventions, and wound care management
- Supervise and perform Panchakarma therapies for various clinical conditions
- Monitor treatment outcomes, document progress, and adjust treatment protocols accordingly
- Offer lifestyle guidance, preventive health care, and wellness counseling to patients




- Collaborate with Ayurvedic physicians, therapists, and hospital staff to ensure integrated patient care
- Maintain qualified records in compliance with hospital standards and legal regulations

- Qualifications & Skills:

- BAMS with specialization in Shalya Tantra (MS Ayurveda preferred)
- Valid Ayurvedic medical license/registration
- Proven clinical experience in performing Ayurvedic surgical procedures and Panchakarma therapies
- Proficient diagnostic skills and ability to develop comprehensive treatment plans
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and patient counseling skills
- Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to holistic care
