Role: Assistant Vice President Enterprise Architect

Role Overview

We are looking for a senior Enterprise Architect with robust RFP, presales, and solutioning experience to lead end-to-end technical responses for large and complex bids. The role will be responsible for understanding RFP requirements, defining solution architecture, preparing technical approaches, sizing, effort estimation, costing, and supporting commercials.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and handle the end-to-end technical response for RFPs/RFIs/RFQs, from requirement analysis to final submission independently.
- Understand business and technical requirements and translate them into solution and enterprise architectures.
- Define HLD, architecture diagrams, technology stack, integration approach, deployment model, security, data and infrastructure architecture.
- Perform solution sizing, resource estimation, infrastructure sizing, effort estimation and costing.
- As an EA should poses knowledge of all the solution aspects like Application, infrastructure (cloud + On-prem), security, etc.
- Work closely with Sales, Delivery, Finance and Technology teams to develop technical and commercial proposals for the business requirements/RFP/RFQ.
- Review RFP compliance, identify gaps, assumptions, dependencies, risks and technical deviations.
- Lead technical discussions, technical client presentations, solution workshops and bid clarifications.
- Evaluate technology options,



third-party products and partners and support JV/partner solutioning where required.
- Provide architecture guidance and technical support to ongoing projects and delivery teams as needed.
- Establish reusable solution components, architecture patterns, estimation models and RFP knowledge assets.
- Mentor architects and presales teams and provide technical leadership for strategic opportunities.

Preferred candidate profile Required Experience & Skills

- 15-20 years of experience in Enterprise/Solution Architecture, Presales and Technology Consulting.
- B.Tech (mandatory) in Computer Science, Information Technology, IT, ECE,AI or a related discipline
- TOGAF or equivalent enterprise architecture certification preferred.
- An Active Cloud Architect Professional or Expert Certificate is a must.
- Strong experience in handling complete RFP lifecycle, preferably for large enterprise, government or digital transformation programs.
- Proven experience in architecture, sizing, estimation, costing and proposal preparation.
- Strong understanding of Cloud, APIs, Microservices, Data, AI/ML, Integration, Application COTS components, Security, Infrastructure and DevSecOps.
- Experience in preparing HLD/LLD, BoM/BoQ, resource plans, effort estimates and technical/commercial proposals.
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to work with CXO-level, Sales, Delivery and Technology teams.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and documentation skills.
- Experience leading and mentoring architecture/presales teams.
