VP - BT (Banking) We are seeking an experienced Vice President to lead Business Transformation (BT) initiatives within our Banking division in Chennai. The successful candidate will drive digital and process transformation across Commercial and Retail Banking, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and industry best practices.

Responsibilities

- Lead end‑to‑end Business Transformation programs, focusing on Digital, Process, and Business Process Transformation.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive Digital Business Transformation strategy for Commercial and Retail Banking portfolios.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define transformation roadmaps, set KPIs, and monitor progress.
- Identify and implement process improvements that enhance operational efficiency, customer experience, and regulatory compliance.




- Champion change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of recent technologies and processes across the organization.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and regulatory bodies.
- Provide thought leadership on emerging banking trends and best practices in transformation.

Requirements

- Minimum 14 to 20 years of progressive experience in banking transformation, with a strong focus on Digital and Process Transformation.
- Proven track record in leading large‑scale Business Transformation initiatives within Commercial and Retail Banking.
- Deep understanding of banking operations, regulatory environment, and technology platforms.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership abilities.
