Automotive Seating - Design & Development Engineer Location : Pune Exp: 5+ Yrs Tool test Mandatory to attend in Pune location.

- 5+ years’ experience in Automotive Seating - Design & Development
- Engineering experience required on Seat Frames, Plastics, Seat Foam, Seat comfort features like ventilation, heating, massage & Seat Covers with leather trimming
- Strong Process knowledge of component & function development
- Process documentation and presentation capabilities with excellent communication, e.g. Open Issues, weekly reporting & tracking, timely escalations.
- Having VW Product Emergence Process Knowledge is solid advantage
- Complete ownership of product development is required with very minimal support from team lead
- Strong Decision making ability coming from technical experience
- All Prototype & Series Build CAD support role is required, strong experience is expected
