Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role based in Aurangabad, with flexibility for some work from home. The role involves engaging with customers to understand their automotive needs, providing detailed information about vehicles, and supporting the sales process from initial inquiry through post-sale follow-up. Day-to-day tasks include handling customer queries, coordinating test drives, preparing basic insurance and finance documentation, and maintaining accurate records in CRM systems.

The role also includes participating in regular training sessions on new models, features, and policies, as well as collaborating with the sales and service teams to ensure a positive customer experience.



The position requires consistent on-site presence for client meetings, showroom activities, and team collaboration, complemented by remote tasks such as documentation and follow-up calls.

Qualifications

- Customer-focused mindset with strong Customer Service skills and the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues professionally.

- Knowledge of the Automotive domain, including basic vehicle features, specifications, and market trends.

- Experience in Sales, with the ability to guide customers through the buying process and achieve sales targets ethically.

- Understanding of Insurance processes related to vehicle purchases, including documentation and coordination with providers.

- Ability to participate in and benefit from Training programs, with a commitment to continuous learning and skill development.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in spoken and written English; local language skills are an advantage.

- Basic computer literacy, including use of CRM tools, email, and office productivity software.

- Prior experience in automotive retail or customer-facing roles is preferred but not mandatory.

- Minimum of a high school diploma; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is beneficial.
