: We are looking for a BMS Service Engineer to join our Automation Division. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, knowledge of BMS, and experience in ticket handling and customer support. This role involves maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of BMS systems to ensure efficient operation and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include performing maintenance, resolving technical issues, analyzing system performance, managing service tickets, providing customer support, and assisting in installation and commissioning.

Experience Range

3 - 5 years

Educational Qualifications

-Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering , -Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering , -Bachelor's degree in related field

Job Responsibilities

- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on BMS systems.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- Analyze system performance data.
- Manage and prioritize service tickets.
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients.
- Assist in the installation, commissioning, and integration of new BMS systems and components.
- Maintain accurate records of service activities and system performance.
- Provide training and technical support to clients and internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
