Craftsman Responsibilities & Duties Measure and cut materials to specifications Assemble and join components using various tools and techniques Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy Repair and restore damaged items Select appropriate materials for each project Maintain and sharpen tools and equipment Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations Keep detailed records of work progress and materials used Train and supervise apprentices or junior craftsmen Stay updated on industry trends and new techniques Craftsman Qualifications &





Skills Previous experience in a similar role Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong problem-solving skills Excellent hand-eye coordination Good communication skills Familiarity with a wide range of tools and materials Certification or formal training in a relevant field Portfolio showcasing previous work High school diploma or equivalent Proven experience as a craftsman or similar role Strong attention to detail Ability to read and interpret blueprints Physical stamina and strength Proficient in using hand and power tools Strong mathematical skills Good time-management skills

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
