Role Overview: We are looking for Audit Executives to support in office audits, inspections and assessments across client locations. The role will involve evaluating operational practices, compliance, controls and documentation, identifying gaps and supporting corrective actions.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct on-site audits, inspections and process walkthroughs across assigned locations.
- Assess compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, standards, SOPs and internal policies.
- Review processes, records, documentation and supporting evidence.
- Identify non-compliances, control gaps, operational risks and improvement areas.
- Conduct discussions/interviews with relevant personnel to understand processes and validate observations.
- Perform audits/assessments covering areas such as:
- Food Safety & Hygiene
- Fire & Life Safety
- Plant & Operations
- Maintenance & Engineering
- Inventory & Warehouse

- Prepare audit checklists, working papers and audit/assessment reports.
- Document observations and support preparation of corrective and preventive action plans.




- Follow up with process owners on identified gaps and closure of corrective actions.
- Maintain appropriate audit evidence and project documentation.
- Travel to client locations across India as required.

Required Skills

- Basic understanding of audit, compliance, risk and operational processes.
- Ability to conduct site inspections and identify gaps.
- Good analytical, documentation and report-writing skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently at client locations.
- Willingness to travel extensively based on project requirements.
