nAbout the Role

nWe’re looking for someone who can build and manage high-value partnerships for founders, understanding what founders need, identifying the right partners, negotiating meaningful benefits and ensuring founders actually use them.

nThis is a hands-on role requiring strong business development, outreach, negotiation, relationship management and execution.

nWhat You’ll Do

n

n
- Identify founder needs and build partnerships around those requirements
n
- Source and onboard technology, cloud, professional services and sector-specific partners
n
- Build relationships with decision-makers across enterprises and service providers
n
- Own partner outreach, pitching, negotiation and onboarding
n
- Negotiate meaningful credits, discounts,



services and other founder benefits
n
- Build relevant partnerships across sectors including Deeptech, Defence, Space Tech, Biotech and Climate Tech
n
- Drive founder awareness and adoption of partner offerings
n
- Track partner activation, founder utilization, feedback and value delivered
n

nWhat We’re Looking For

n

n
- 2–4 years in partnerships, business development, startup programs or relevant client-facing roles
n
- Strong business development, outreach and negotiation skills
n
- Ability to independently identify, pitch and close partnerships
n
- Strong relationship and stakeholder management
n
- Good understanding of startup and founder needs across stages and sectors
n
- Robust execution and follow-through
n
- High ownership and ability to work independently
n
