Key Responsibilities:

- Visit client locations and conduct product demonstrations and discussions.

- Understand clients' trading, broking, compliance, surveillance, and back-office processes.

- Explain how our product features can address client requirements.

- Gather and document client requirements, issues,



and change requests.

- Coordinate with Product, Technology, Implementation, and Support teams.

- Support client onboarding, product training, and product adoption.

- Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and ensure effective communication.

- Stay updated with Indian capital-market and regulatory developments.

What We Are Looking For :

- Good understanding of the Indian stock-market ecosystem and trading lifecycle.

- Knowledge of NSE, BSE, brokers, clearing corporations, and depositories.

- Understanding of concepts such as OMS, RMS, orders, trades, margins, positions, holdings, contract notes, and settlements.

- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to interact confidently with clients and understand their requirements.

- Positive problem-solving and stakeholder-management skills.

- Comfortable using Excel and PowerPoint.

Additional Information

Preferred

- NISM or other relevant capital-market certification.

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Business, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Candidates should be comfortable with regular client visits and a client-facing/field-oriented role.
