nAbout the Role

nWe’re looking for someone who can grow and activate T-Hub’s founder community — bringing the right founders in, building strong relationships, driving participation and creating experiences that keep the community engaged.

nThis is a hands-on role requiring robust community building, founder outreach, relationship management, events and execution.

nWhat You’ll Do

n

- Identify, reach out to and onboard founders and entrepreneurs
n
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the founder community
n
- Drive founder participation and engagement across T-Hub initiatives
n
- Own founder events and community initiatives end-to-end
n
- Curate the right founders for events, programs and relevant opportunities
n
- Manage outreach,



registrations, communication, stakeholder coordination and follow-ups
n
- Track community growth, onboarding, participation, engagement and feedback
n

n

nWhat We’re Looking For

n

n
- 2–5 years in community management, startup programs, business development, partnerships, events, client management or relationship management
n
- Experience working directly with founders/startups
n
- Strong community building, outreach and networking skills
n
- Ability to drive participation and engagement and execute events/community initiatives
n
- Strong relationship and stakeholder management
n
- Comfortable with CRM, community/event platforms, Microsoft office and trackers
n
- Strong execution and follow-through
n
- High ownership and ability to work independently
n
