Responsibilities

- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the ICU and general ward, ensuring adherence to established protocols and standards.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, monitor vital signs, and identify any changes in patients' conditions.
- Administer medications and intravenous therapies accurately, following physician orders and hospital guidelines.
- Maintain infection control standards to ensure a safe and hygienic workplace for patients and staff.
- Perform wound care management, including dressing changes and monitoring for signs of infection.
- Assist in emergency situations, providing critical support and interventions as required.




- Accurately document clinical information and patient care activities in electronic health records.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Educate patients and their families on health management and post-discharge care instructions.
