Job Overview

We are looking for an Associate Technical Recruiter to join our onsite recruitment team in Amritsar. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of IT/Technical recruitment, strong communication skills, and an interest in working in the US IT staffing domain.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and screen candidates for US IT/Technical positions.
- Understand technical job requirements and identify relevant candidate profiles.
- Search candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and other sourcing channels.
- Conduct initial screening calls and assess candidates based on skills, experience, location, and availability.




- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/recruiting teams.
- Maintain candidate records and update recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Work according to US shift timings and recruitment targets.

Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of IT/Technical recruitment.
- Understanding of technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, SQL, Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, QA, etc. is preferred.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong sourcing and candidate-screening skills.
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Ability to work in a night-shift environment.
- Willingness to work onsite in Amritsar.
- Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
