Job Summary

We are seeking a senior, experienced and academically accomplished Associate Professor – MCA to provide high-quality teaching, research and academic leadership in the MCA programme. The role includes curriculum development, student mentoring, research, faculty coordination, industry engagement and contribution to institutional academic and accreditation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Teach and coordinate MCA & BCA courses as per expertise and academic requirements.
- Develop course plans, teaching materials, case studies, practicals and assessments.
- Promote practical, project-based and industry-oriented learning.
- Support academic planning, departmental activities and institutional development.
- Mentor students and guide MCA projects, dissertations and research work.
- Lead and contribute to research, publications, consultancy and funded projects.
- Contribute to Board of Studies, Academic committees and Curriculum Development.
- Guide and mentor junior faculty members and support academic quality improvement.
- Organize Seminars, Workshops, FDPs, Conferences and Industry Interaction.
- Contribute to NAAC, NBA, NIRF and other accreditation/quality initiatives.

Eligibility Criteria

- MCA/M.Tech./M.E./Ph.D.



in Computer Science, Computer Applications, IT or relevant discipline.
- Ph.D. preferred/required as applicable under UGC/AICTE norms.
- Strong academic and research record with relevant teaching experience at higher education level.

Required Skills

- Strong expertise in Computer Applications/Computer Science and emerging technologies.
- Proficiency in teaching the advance subjects of Computer Applications area, mentoring and academic leadership skills.
- Robust research, publication and academic writing capability.
- Excellent communication, presentation and faculty coordination skills.
- Experience in academic leadership, curriculum development and Board of Studies.
- Research publications in reputed journals/conferences.
- Experience with funded research projects, consultancy or industry collaboration.
- Exposure to NAAC/NBA/NIRF and accreditation documentation.

Salary:

· As per qualification, experience, academic profile and institutional norms.

In case a candidate produces the authentic Bank statements of last 3 months Salary drawn can be considered for 15-20% hike in Salary.
