nWe are looking for an experienced and dynamic Assistant Professor – Finance to contribute to our academic initiatives through teaching, research, student mentoring, and academic coordination. nKey Responsibilities

nResearch and Development

n

- Promote a research-oriented environment by encouraging faculty and students to undertake research projects.
n
- Collaborate with industry, government agencies, and academic institutions for research projects and joint initiatives.
n
- Guide students and faculty in publishing research papers, patents, and securing research grants.
n
- Participate in and organize research conferences, seminars, workshops, and academic events.
n
- Contribute to the development of research activities and institutional research initiatives.
n

nAccreditation & Compliance (NBA/NAAC)

n

n
- Support the preparation and submission of accreditation, ranking, and compliance reports.
n
- Assist in maintaining quality assurance standards as per NBA/NAAC guidelines.
n
- Support documentation, self-assessment reports, and institutional audits.
n
- Participate in training programs and workshops related to accreditation and quality assurance.
n
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the academic department.
n

nAcademic Administration

n

- Contribute to curriculum planning, implementation, and continuous improvement in line with AICTE guidelines and industry trends.
n
- Ensure effective delivery of assigned courses and academic activities.
n
- Mentor students and support faculty initiatives to improve learning outcomes.
n
- Develop and implement cutting-edge teaching methodologies and technology-driven learning approaches.
n




- Organize and participate in workshops, guest lectures, seminars, and faculty development programs.
n
- Foster a culture of academic excellence and continuous learning.
n
- Coordinate effectively with visiting faculty members.
n

nExamination & Evaluation

n

n
- Contribute to the planning, execution, and monitoring of examinations and assessments.
n
- Coordinate with the Controller of Examinations to ensure smooth examination processes.
n
- Ensure transparency, fairness, and adherence to examination regulations and institutional policies.
n
- Participate in internal and external evaluation processes.
n
- Assist in question paper setting, moderation, evaluation, and grading procedures.
n
- Address student queries and grievances related to examinations as required.
n

nTeaching & Student Development

n

n
- Teach specialized courses in Finance, Banking, and Management .
n
- Deliver engaging, practical, and industry-oriented lectures.
n
- Integrate relevant industry insights and contemporary financial practices into classroom teaching.
n
- Mentor students on academic, career, and professional development.
n
- Supervise student projects, dissertations, and research activities.
n
- Encourage students to participate in case studies, competitions, research projects, and industry-oriented activities.
n

nQualifications &

Experience

n

n
- Ph.D. in Finance or a relevant discipline from a recognized university.
n
- MBA/PGDM in Finance with strong academic credentials.
n
- Strong understanding of academic processes and NBA/NAAC accreditation requirements.
n
- Experience in teaching, research, academic administration, and faculty development.
n
- Experience in curriculum design, pedagogy, and assessment strategies.
n
- Prior industry exposure in Banking, Financial Services, FinTech, or Corporate Management is preferred.
n
- Strong communication, mentoring, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
n
- Research acumen with a proven track record of publications is preferred.
