We offer permanent, interim, fractional and cross border leadership hiring across: Industrial, Consumer, Finance & Technology sectors. We also offer a series of non-search services to enable and empower the CXOs/HR/TA teams.

We are appointing five Regional Associate Partners to take BGR to more HR and Talent Acquisition leaders, in person, in their city.

What you will do

- Virtually Meet HR heads, TA heads, CHROs and business heads in your city/region
- Open conversations on their hiring and talent needs
- Close engagements yourself where you can, with our senior partners joining you where a mandate needs a senior hand
- Register every account you open; the credit stays with you

What you will offer clients





- Retained executive search for senior and CXO roles
- Retained search for mid-management roles
- Research & Intelligence: Market Maps, Long Lists, Second Opinions and Blind Reference Checks, all fixed-scope and fixed-fee

We do not do contingency recruitment. Every engagement is retained, exclusive or fixed-fee.

Who fits

- 10+ years in B2B sales of HR, recruitment, consulting or qualified services or products
- Existing relationships with Business, HR and TA leaders in your city
- Comfortable meeting senior people, and selling on value rather than price
- Full-time commitment preferred; experienced independent consultants are welcome

How you are paid

- Commission on fees collected, on every engagement you open, including those closed by our senior partners
- A monthly retainer once you reach the base target, in addition to commission
