Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Associate Manager – Acquisition (CASA) to join our retail banking division in Mumbai. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the growth of Current Accounts and Savings Accounts (CASA) by sourcing, onboarding, and engaging business entities, traders, professionals, and high-value individuals.

Key Responsibilities

- Customer Acquisition: Identify potential business accounts, SMEs, corporate entities, and individual clients in Mumbai to open Current Accounts and Savings Accounts.
- Portfolio Expansion: Drive balance buildup and deposit growth across assigned portfolios to maximize value for the branch.
- Product Cross-Selling: Introduce and cross-sell complementary banking solutions, including POS machines, Payment Gateways, Corporate Internet Banking, Trade Finance, and Wealth products.
- Lead Generation & Fieldwork: Conduct market visits, connect with local trade associations,



and leverage network channels to acquire new-to-bank (NTB) accounts.
- Compliance & KYC: Ensure complete documentation and strict adherence to Reserve Bank of India (RBI) regulations, Know Your Customer (KYC), and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) guidelines during onboarding.
- Client Relationship Management: Provide end-to-end support during account activation and maintain regular contact to deliver high-quality service and increase client retention.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Banking, or a related field
- Age Limit: Maximum 32 years.
- Experience: 2–4 years of experience in CASA acquisition, retail banking sales, or financial product sourcing.
- Location Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the commercial hubs and markets in Mumbai.
- Skills: Strong sales drive, negotiation capabilities, excellent verbal communication in English and Hindi (familiarity with Marathi is beneficial), and good interpersonal skills.
