About the role

You are the engine room of our implementations. Working with our Implementation Consultants and Leads, you do the hands-on setup, configuration and data migration that gets customers live on Shipmnts - and you are the first point of contact for customers' day-to-day questions in their first months on the platform. This is the first step on our implementation career path.

Shipmnts is an AI-native platform that runs the operations and finance of freight forwarders, customs brokers and logistics companies. 180+ companies across India, the UAE and the US run their business on Shipmnts.

What you will do

- Configure customer accounts: company structure, branches, users, roles and masters
- Clean, map and migrate customer data: customers, vendors, charges, rates and ledgers
- Execute opening-balance migrations, reviewed and signed off by a finance consultant
- Answer onboarding customers' questions and escalate where needed
- Support training sessions and prepare training data




- Keep setup checklists and document configuration decisions

What you will bring
- 0 to 3 years in software implementation, support, operations, accounts or data roles; strong freshers are welcome
- A commerce, logistics or accounting background is preferred
- Solid Excel skills and real care with data
- Clear communication in English and Hindi
- A quick learner who enjoys getting details right

Location and salary
- Ahmedabad (office)
- Rs 2.5 to 4.5 LPA, based on experience

How we hire A practical data-cleaning and mapping exercise, followed by an interview. In your first month you shadow three implementations before working independently.
