Looking for a highly capable individual to work directly with a Founder with keen business interests and venture ideas in Investments, Hospitality & Wellness, Clean Food, Travel and Sports. The core purpose of this role is two-fold;

- Shadow role & community building: Investments & Well-Being
- New Venture Ideas – Execution, Co-ordination, structuring, and customer relations

This is not a traditional administrative or EA role. It is a hands-on position for someone who thrives on execution, operates with high autonomy and enjoys working across varied domains.

Key Responsibilities

· Act as a trusted resource on prioritization and decision-making; help evaluate new opportunities and shape which ideas move forward.

· Own projects from high-level ideation through execution: scoping (research, analysis, due diligence), planning, stakeholder coordination, operational follow-through, progress tracking and driving outcomes.

· Naturally well networked and inclination towards building purposeful communities

· Prepare clear briefing materials and updates that support rapid, informed decisions.

· Identify bottlenecks, propose solutions and keep multiple workstreams moving.

Ideal Candidate





· Robust intellectual curiosity and genuine interest in execution across areas such as finance, hospitality, wellness, sports, fitness, food, dogs/pets and travel. A perfect sector match is not required; a bias for ‘getting things done’ is essential.

· 1 – 5 years of professional experience

· Analytical, structured, and comfortable with ambiguity - able to turn loosely defined ideas into clear action plans.

· Proactive, resourceful, and follow-through oriented.

· Strong written and verbal communication; able to synthesize information clearly

· Well versed with MS Office programs, Social Media platforms and AI LLMs

· Comfortable working closely with an ambitious principal (with focus on deliverables and deliverables alone) and operating with significant trust and autonomy

Success in the Role

Within the first few months, the right person will have moved several initiatives from concept to concrete progress, established reliable systems for tracking and follow-through, and become a trusted partner the founder can rely on to advance ideas effectively. The role can transition towards being a team leader that oversees the above mentioned.

Salary Range: Basis experience and skill sets
