Job Opening - Associate - Engineering Maintenance

We are hiring for the position of Associate Engineering Maintenance (Process & WTP) for a leading organization.

Position Details:

- Designation: Associate - Engineering Maintenance, Process & WTP
- Department: Engineering
- Location: Mysore
- Experience: 4 - 6 years
- Industry: API / Pharmaceutical / Manufacturing
- Qualification: BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
- CTC: 4 - 8 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintenance of process equipment such as Glass-lined & SS Reactors, ANFD, RCVD, hot water systems, Sifters, Multi Mills and process pumps.
- Hands-on experience in mechanical seals, bearings, troubleshooting and equipment alignment.
- Operation and maintenance of Potable Water and Purified Water systems.
- Execute line modifications as required.
- Prepare and execute equipment qualification documents including URS, DQ, IQ and OQ.
- Carry out preventive maintenance,



maintain schedules, planners and reports.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for documentation and reporting.
- Handle spare planning, procurement and BOQ.
- Knowledge of Safety Work Permit systems.
- Knowledge of as-built P&ID;, equipment layouts and facility layouts.
- Exposure to customer/regulatory audits and ISO, USP & WHO guidelines will be an added advantage.
