Experienced IAM Architect / PAM Admin needed with solid hands-on expertise in Delinea Secret Server . The role combines architecture and administration responsibilities, including secret onboarding, template standardization, password and secret policy configuration, password rotation, RBAC, folder permissions, troubleshooting, and documentation.

nEssential Duties and Responsibilities

- Implement and administer Delinea Secret Server in a hybrid environment
n
- Run workshops to gather requirements to onboard secrets.
n
- Assess use cases and determine the right onboarding and rotation approach for each account / asset type
n
- Define and standardize secret templates
n
- Configure and enforce Secret policies
n
- Implement password rotation , including RPC-based rotation where applicable
n
- Design and manage RBAC and folder permissions
n
- Troubleshoot day-to-day Delinea issues and resolve configuration problems
n
- Maintain configuration and operational documentation
n





nAdditional Responsibilities

nEducation

n
- Bachelor's Degree Computer Science or IT required
n

nWork Experience

n4+ years of experience in IAM / PAM with strong practical delivery and 2+ years experience in onboarding secrets to Delinea.

nGood working knowledge of

n

n
- Windows Active Directory (AD accounts, local admin accounts, scheduled tasks and services)
n
- Linux logins via SSH
n
- Azure Entra ID Cloud platform
n

n

nPreferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

n

- Preferred knowlegde of SAP application user accounts
n
- Ability to support operational issues while also driving architectural improvements
n
- Strong communication skills for interacting with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
n
- Cryptographic key-based credentials (SSH, APIs, Certificates, Tokens, etc.)
