We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Agency Development Manager to join our growing insurance team. In this role, you will act as a recruiter, coach, and sales leader. Your primary goal is to build, develop, and mentor a high-performing network of insurance advisors/agents, ensuring consistent business generation, regulatory compliance, and high customer satisfaction.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
